TIERRA FIRME FILMS
Tierra Firme Films is an independent production company based in Madrid, founded with the aim of developing and producing stories with a distinctive authorial voice and an international outlook.
We are particularly drawn to stories about people searching for their place in the world — characters navigating contradictions, relationships, unexpected turns and unfamiliar territories.
We seek projects that combine a personal and visually distinctive perspective with the ability to connect with audiences. We are interested in humour, sensitivity, and stories that find something universal within intimate and particular experiences.
With a natural connection between Spain, Mexico and Germany, Tierra Firme develops projects and international co-productions that create meaningful links between Europe and Latin America.
The company was founded by María Mayoral Moreno and María Cristina Moreno, bringing together experience in audiovisual creation and production with management, strategy and business development.
